Returns & Refund Policy
Strict No-Return Policy
All products sold on Rolling Beats are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
Please ensure you review:
- Product type
- Variant / model
- Quantity
- Shipping details
before completing your purchase.
Exceptions (Only in Genuine Cases)
We only review requests under the following strict conditions:
1. Damaged / Defective Product
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Mandatory unboxing video (no cuts) starting before opening the package
- Clear proof of issue must be visible
Without proper video proof, no claims will be accepted.
2. Wrong Item Delivered
- Must be reported within 24 hours
- Requires unboxing video
- Clear product photos
Resolution (If Approved)
If your claim is verified:
- We may offer replacement only (not refund), OR
- Store credit (at our discretion)
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept claims for:
- Minor scratches / aesthetic variations
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by customer
- Delays caused by courier
- Refusal to accept delivery
Fraud Prevention Clause
We reserve the right to:
- Reject claims that appear fraudulent or abusive
- Block accounts with repeated false claims
- Deny service in future orders
Shipping Responsibility
Once shipped, the order is handled by third-party logistics. We are not liable for transit delays or courier mishandling, but we will assist in raising claims.
Payments
We accept Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
