Shipping

We ship pan-India. Every order is dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our workshop and typically delivered in 4 to 7 business days.

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.

Tracking links go out via email and WhatsApp as soon as your package leaves us.

We do not currently ship internationally. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Once shipped, the order is handled by third-party logistics. We are not liable for transit delays or courier mishandling, but we will assist in raising claims.

Returns & Refunds

All products sold on Rolling Beats are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed. Please review product type, variant, quantity, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Genuine Exceptions

We only review claims for:

• Damaged / defective product — reported within 24 hours of delivery, with a mandatory uncut unboxing video starting before the package is opened.
• Wrong item delivered — reported within 24 hours, with unboxing video and clear product photos.

Without proper video proof, no claims will be accepted. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Not Eligible

• Minor scratches or aesthetic variations
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by customer
• Courier delays or refusal to accept delivery
